Upper body is leaning out, slowly but surely!💪🏼😍 It blows my mind that I've been on my fitness journey since 2010 & I'm barely starting to see results. Why is that? Because for a majority of those years I didn't stay consistent. I would do great for a few months & stop. It was a never ending cycle. It wasn't till the end of 2015 that something clicked in my brain & I wanted this more than ever. I signed up through NASM to get my personal training cert, stuck to my training routines, learned how to nourish my body properly & put in work. You just have to figure out what works for you, stop trying to copy what your "fitspo" with the unrealistic body is doing. When I first started working out, I followed so many women with bodies that were not realistic goals for me. It was so discouraging that I wasn't getting those results. That's when I unfollowed all those women & starting following a different type of motivation. The women who were putting it work, progressing a little everyday, & not only showing their triumphs but their struggles as well.
